Welcome to Accidental President's official website. Accidental President are a Ska Punk Rock Band based in Leicester, UK. Started in 2001, the band have developed into the "Hard Hitting blend of Punk and Ska" they are today. ...we have decided to call it a day. It's been a really tough decision, but due to Alex's commitments elsewhere (becoming a clever sod in Brum ;)), and us all deciding AP would not be AP without us, we came to the conclusion that it was the only option.

I have been in AP the least time, but have thoroughly enjoyed every practise, every new song, every gig, good or bad, and every KFC/Subway.

I'd like to thank, on behalf of myself, Alex, Matt and Stef, everybody who has bought a CD, come to a gig, offered advice, good or bad, and anyone else who has spared a minute of their time to listen to us, Its thanks to you that the last 6 and a bit years of Accidental President was possible.

I'm afraid this means cancelling all our forthcoming gigs, all except the Spunge gig on the 31st October. We had all been looking forward to playing it, and now want to make this, our last every gig as a band, absolutely fucking awesome. We'd appreciate if everybody who has ever seen us before, could make this one last effort to come and see us, it would mean a lot to us.

Personally, I'd just like to thank Matt, Stef, and Alex for some excellent times in the past 3 years, it really has been a pleasure.
